Different delivery methods will be available at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over €150 in France and the United Kingdom, and over €250 in Switzerland and Belgium (exceptions apply).

France:
- Colissimo pickup point: 3 to 5 business days – €6
- Standard delivery (Colissimo, DPD, Géodis): 3 to 5 business days
- UPS Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days

Europe: standard delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

International: UPS delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of the order.

Please note that some items are made to order and may therefore require a longer delivery time. When applicable, the estimated delivery timeframe is indicated on the product page.

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days.
This timeframe is in addition to the delivery time of the selected shipping method.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order.
Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 10 days.

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, the replacement item will be shipped to the original delivery address.
