Galee Carpet

The Galee rug is a bit of a cousin to our iconic Janga rug. Like it, it is hand-woven in a blend of cotton and kutchi, a wool produced locally in the Indian province where it is created.

The secret of its unique appearance and its very high quality drape? The traditional technique called Miri, which allows all this play of pompoms, this almost symbolic pattern and this power of colors which vibrate in the braiding, whether in the color TOBACCO or SNOW.
